With a variety of techniques at our disposal, we can communicate with the subconscious and create change in our behaviour and thought patterns. Hypnotherapy integrates elements of different therapies but also stands alone in its approach. It can be used as a way to treat yourself to a period of complete relaxation, whilst creating therapeutic change to your life.

There are many issues for which hypnotherapy has been shown to be effective. WITHOUT KNOWING WHAT TO EXPECT FROM THE SESSIONS, I WAS SURPRISED BY HOW LAID-BACK AND ACCESSIBLE THEY WERE. AFTER SPENDING A SMALL PORTION IN CONVERSATION, WHICH IN ITSELF WAS THERAPY, JIMMY'S TECHNIQUE THEN TOOK ME INTO A PLACE OF CONSCIENCE I HAVE NEVER BEEN BEFORE, AND USED THE CONVERSATIONS WE'D HAD TO NULLIFY SOME OF MY FEARS.

IT IS DIFFICULT TO EXPLAIN HOW FAR REACHING THE EFFECT HAS BEEN. PUBLIC SPEAKING WAS THE TOPIC BUT HIS THERAPY HAS SEEMED TO HAVE SEEPED INTO MUCH OF MY LIFE. I FEEL I CAN UNDERSTAND TRAUMA BETTER AND CAN RATIONALISE IT ON MY OWN, NOW.
